Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dentro's app at dentro.app and website at getdentro.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Dentro ("Dentro", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Dentro

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us promptly at dentro.app.info@gmail.com if you think your account has been compromised.

3. What Dentro does

Dentro helps you study music by separating songs into instrument stems, mapping structure and count, and translating and aligning lyrics. These features are produced by automated processing and may contain errors. They are provided for personal study and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Dentro offers a Free plan and a Pro plan at $8 per month.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from inside the app; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

5. Your content and copyright

You keep ownership of the audio and materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the processing providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You must only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload music or lyrics if doing so would infringe someone's copyright or violate an agreement. You are responsible for Your Content.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not: break the law or infringe others' rights; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; scrape or resell the Service; or use it to build a competing product.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service itself, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to Dentro. These Terms do not give you any rights in our intellectual property beyond using the Service as allowed.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Google, Stripe, Replicate, AudioShake, and Anthropic. Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that stems, translations, or any output will be accurate or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dentro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or twenty-five US dollars.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may delete your account by contacting us.

12. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email dentro.app.info@gmail.com with a description of the work, the material at issue, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief. We will respond to valid notices.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of Dentro resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any disputes.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
